Warriors Stun the Antelopes

January 20th, 2024 the 19th ranked team in the nation, University of Antelope Valley Men's Basketball came to the Scott Activity Center to face the Warriors. Coming out strong, the Warriors fought hard for an early lead. Leading the pack, freshman #22 Zavion Bineyard surprised the Antelopes defense with his inside and outside game shooting 50% with 18 points, 9 rebounds, 4 steals, and 1 block. #10 Keyshawn Clyde held down the paint with 13 points and 6 rebounds. #13 Harley Upton showed up just in time, scoring all 17 of his points in the second half. Warriors vocal leader on the court, #15 Rob Jenkins held the team's chemistry together and displayed true mental toughness. He ended the game with 6 rebounds and 5 assists. The Warriors held onto their lead for the entirety of the game and came together as a team to defeat the Antelopes 75-74. Go Warriors!
