Warriors Take Game 1 of the Hope International Holiday Tournament

The SAGU Warriors emerge victorious to take game one of the Hope International Holiday Tournament! In a physical matchup against La Sierra University, the Warriors Played hard and lead the entire game. Harley Upton showed extreme heart through his hustle plays. He showed why he is one of the best free throw shooters in the country by shooting 100% from the free throw line down the stretch, securing the 70-64 victory for the Warriors. Mikey DeHorney and Keyshawn Celestino-Clyde played extremely well. Mikey ended the game with a double-double and shot an impressive 15 points and snagging 10 rebounds. He also led the team in rebounds with 5 offensive and 5 defensive. Keyshawn led the team with 22 points while snagging 9 rebounds. The Warriors will take the court again tomorrow, December 21 at 5 pm against the Vanguard Lions. The game will be live-streamed on the GSAC official website. Go Warriors!
