Bio

Danelle is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, and a Corrective Exercise Specialist through the NASM.  She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Sports Science and Performance Programming from Arizona State University and is currently working on her Masters degree from East Tennessee State University in Sport Science and Coach Education. 

​Danelle has been lucky enough to learn from some of the best places, such as EXOS and Phoenix Rising Soccer Club in Arizona, BOLD Athlete Hockey Training Facility, and Training Foundation in her hometown in Alberta, Canada.
